Assigned to the Pacific Tactical Law Enforcement Team and the Maritime Security Response Team, he managed various critical initiatives, such as Counter-Drug, Counter-Piracy, Counter-Terrorism, Private Security Detail Operations, and Quick Reaction Force. He has even provided security for essential political figures like the POTUS, VP, SECDEF, and other dignitaries.

Prior to entering the private security sector Sam was a professional MMA fighter.
